Without safety, we have nothing
Salah ad-Din,  Caliph Harun  Al-Rashid, Nebuchadnezzar, Ashurnasirpal II, Sargon of Akkad and the great kings of old all knew that security is the basis of civilization. No  society  can  hope  to  rebuild much  less prosper if its people do not feel safe. Security for the people must be the government’s first responsibility and top priority. Our people can no longer be allowed to be killed or injured simply for walking the streets.
